Vladimir Krainev, Founder
|
Founded in 1994, Vladimir Krainev's foundation helps young pianists and talented musicians to succeed at a time when government support in the field of culture is very limited. It is his hope that the foundation will help today's promising students become tomorrow's successful artists.
Elena Bobrovskih - Born in 1980, in Voronezh, Elena Bobrovskih studied in the Central Music School of the Moscow Conservatory, and is a prizewinner of the Krainev International Piano Competition, as well as the Frédéric Chopin International Competition.
Igor Chetuev - Born in 1980, in Sevastopol, Igor Chetuev has been a student of Vladimir Krainev at the High School of Music and Theater in Hanover since 1995. Chetuev is the winner of the International Piano Competition in Etlinger (Germany), the Rachmaninov Competition, and the Krainev International Competition for Young Pianists. He has participated in several international festivals and has appeared as a soloist with the "Virtuosi of Moscow," conducted by V.Spivakov.
Maria Kim - Born in 1981, in Sevastopol, Maria Kim was a prizewinner of the "Città di Senegallia" International Competition (Italy) and the Krainev International Competition for Young Pianists. Kim has appeared as a soloist with orchestra at several international festivals, and tours extensively in Europe.
Alexander Mutuzkin - Alexander Mutuzkin was born in 1980, in Nizhnij Novgorod, where he studied at the Central Musical School. He has been a student of Vladimir Krainev at the High School of Music and Theatre in Hanover since 1996. Mutuzkin is a prizewinner of the "Steps to Mastery" International Piano Competition in Argentina, has taken part in music festivals in Colmar (France), Baden-Baden (Germany), and others, and tours extensively.
