Fred Jonny Berg has composed music for a broad gamut of instrumentations, from solo pieces to symphonic works. He is a self-taught composer, and has contributed as recording producer on behalf of Kornåld Music.
Berg is never hesitant about sharing personal experiences and views in his works. The contents of his heart provide the foundation of all his creations, and emotions are clearly reflected in his music. The composer has a profound and deep respect for the uncertainties of life.
The next release on Kornåld Music with Fred Jonny Berg as producer will be "About my Grandfather", performed by the Norwegian Radio Orchestra, conducted by Ari Rasilainen. This recording will include Piano Concerto No.2 "Urge" Op.44 (1999), Piano Concerto No.3 "Monster" Op.45 (1999), About My Grandfather Op.37 (1998) and "Heart fra Randi" Op.27.
