This single-movement keyboard sonata jaunts forward in a happy mood from start to finish. In some parts its melody proceeds over (and sometimes under) accompanying chords, and in others it moves over a single-line contrapuntal accompaniment. Eventually some triplet figurations emerge in the melodic lines, and some droning chords that evoke the strumming of a guitar show up in the accompaniment.
