"All attention was focused on the 16 year-old pianist, Stefan Stroissnig. His abundant musicality, flawless technique, and lyrical approach delivered a totally convincing interpretation of Beethoven's Piano Concerto #4."

Oberosterreichische Nachrichten

"Stefan Stroissnig's interpretation of the massive Liszt Sonata in b was a study in creativity and depth."

Neue Ruhr Zeitung

"Stefan Stroissnig's substantial interpretive, emotional, and technical forces were evident in his performance of the transcendent Lizst Sonata in b minor. Even at his young age, Stroissnig has a deep understanding of the work's design, and revealed the beauty of its internal references as well as the impact of the Sonata's totality."

Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung

"Despite his youth, Stefan Stroissnig brought creativity, musical and intellectual maturity, and stupendous technique to every piece in his recital; his playing reminded this listener of the young Gulda. Stroissnig's extraordinary talent was further displayed in the 14-year old's own composition, "La Parole," which revealed a very expressive, and powerful compositional style."
